The Central Act \u2013 RERA, 2016 was enacted with a purpose of regulation and promotion of real estate sector, sale of projects in a organized and efficient manner and to protect the interest of consumers through efficient adjudicating mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>The subject involving real estate, land and registration and transfer of deeds are regulated by a combination of Centre and State Laws. This is the reason that although the parent act \u2013 RERA, 2016 has been enacted by the parliament but the Parliament has given the States and Union Territories to establish their own Authorities and Rules. The Parliament under Section 20 empowers States and UTs to establish their own Authority with various functions and under Section 85 of the Act has directed the Authorities to form their own rules for carrying forward the purpose of the legislation.<\/p>\n<p>This is the reason why every state has its own Real Estate Regulatory Authority and has its own fee structure for promoter and agent Registration.<\/p>\n<p>Through this Article you can ascertain the documents, procedure and fee structure for <strong><u>AGENT REGISTRATION<\/u><\/strong> in <strong><u>HARYANA<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>AGENT Registration can be done by INDIVIDUAL OR A COMPANY\/PARTNERSHIP. The documents required as per the official website of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority are &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Documents required in case of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>INDIVIDUAL<\/strong><\/span> \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photograph of the Applicant<\/li>\n<li>PAN CARD<\/li>\n<li>AADHAR CARD<\/li>\n<li>LAST EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION<\/li>\n<li>ADDRESS PROOF &#8211; PLACE OF BUSINESS<\/li>\n<li>Affidavit-cum-undertaking of the Proposed Agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documents required in case of<strong><u> COMPANY\/PARTNERSHIP<\/u><\/strong> \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name of the Applicant Company along with Signatory<\/li>\n<li>Board Resolution of the Signatory<\/li>\n<li>GST Registration<\/li>\n<li>Memorandum of Association\/Article of Association\/Partnership Deed<\/li>\n<li>List of Partners\/Directors<\/li>\n<li>ADDRESS PROOF &#8211; PLACE OF BUSINESS<\/li>\n<li>Affidavit-cum-undertaking of the Proposed Agent Comapny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>FEE STRUCTURE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The fee structure as per the schedule II of the REAL ESTATE (REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT) RULES, 2017 is \u2013<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"154\"><strong>Type of Agent<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"154\"><strong>Registration Fee<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"154\"><strong>Renewal Fee<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"154\">For Individual<\/td>\n<td width=\"154\">Rs. 25,000\/-<\/td>\n<td width=\"154\">Rs. 5,000\/-<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"154\">For Company\/Partnership<\/td>\n<td width=\"154\">Rs. 2,50,000\/-<\/td>\n<td width=\"154\">Rs. 50,000\/-<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong><u>PROCEDURE <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ease the registration procedure as a agent in Haryana, the State Government has made an online procedure where you will have to upload all the documents and submit the requisite fee on the <a href=\"https:\/\/haryanarera.gov.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official website of Haryana RERA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once the online procedure is complete, the documents are upload and the payment is made an online payment and registration receipt will be generated.<\/p>\n<p>This online receipt is to be attached with hard copy of all the documents that are uploaded online and a signed copy is to be submitted at the Authority branch against which an Acknowledgment will be received.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PENALTY FOR DEFAULT IN REGISTRATION <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Agent Registration is mandatory under Section 9 the RERA Act, 2016 and no promoter can sale or purchase or act on behalf of anyone without registration.
