1. Article Length: Please ensure that your article is a minimum of 500 words. This allows for a comprehensive exploration of the topic while maintaining readability.
2. Originality and Plagiarism: We encourage original content, and while we understand the importance of referencing and quoting, please aim to keep your articles original. A 20% allowance for properly cited external sources is permitted.
3. Attribution: We believe in recognizing the hard work and expertise of our contributors. As an author, you will receive full credit for your article. Please provide a short author bio (50-100 words) to accompany your submission, including any relevant professional affiliations or credentials you would like to highlight.
4. Engaging Content: We highly appreciate articles that engage and captivate our readers. To achieve this, consider using a conversational tone and avoiding excessive legal jargon. Make complex legal concepts accessible to a wider audience by employing clear explanations and relatable examples.
5. Subtle Legal Focus: While we are specifically interested in legal and law-related articles, please refrain from explicitly mentioning the legal nature of your submissions in the guidelines. We want to keep the invitation open and accessible to all potential contributors, regardless of their legal background.
6. Landmark and Recent Case Laws: Articles discussing landmark and recent case laws are particularly favoured. This is not a requirement, and we welcome a broad range of legal topics, however, if an article is submitted without any case laws but is still chosen for publication, we will share the credits for that article. This means that in addition to the author, appropriate credit will be given to Harihara for providing the platform to showcase the article.
7. Ownership of Submitted Articles: By submitting your article to Harihara, you acknowledge and agree that Harihara shall have the exclusive rights to all submitted articles, regardless of whether they are posted or not. This means that Harihara may choose to publish, modify, or remove the article at its discretion. However, full credit will always be given to the author for their work.

1. Email your article as a Word document to submissions@hariharalaw.com. Please include “Article Submission: [Title of Your Article]” in the subject line.
2. Ensure that your article is well-structured, free of grammatical errors, with citation and properly formatted.
3. Include your author bio (50-100 words) at the end of the article.
4. We strive to review all submissions promptly. However, due to the volume of articles received, response times may vary. We appreciate your patience during this process.
6. If your article is selected for publication, we will notify you via email. We reserve the right to edit your article for clarity, grammar, and formatting, while ensuring that the core message remains intact.
